30-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE At TrimLoop™, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and strictly in its original packaging. Items showing any signs of use, wear, or missing original parts will not be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you must contact us first at thetrimloopcontact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are fully responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at thetrimloopcontact@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
